What is the relationship of baptism to salvation?
Baptism comes after salvation. Baptism is not what saves you. Baptism is your public profession that you have trusted in Jesus (salvation).
Why should we be baptized?
- It's a step of obedience. Jesus was baptized.
- It's a public profession of becoming a follower of Jesus.
How do we baptize?
At Revolution we believe a biblical baptism is fully in water representing Jesus's life, death and resurrection. The Greek word for baptize is "baptizo" which actually means "immerse."
Are you registering a child K-5th grade?
We want to make sure they understand what baptism means! All kids must complete our online Start Here class prior to baptism. Once Start Here is completed, you will be prompted to let us know your child is ready to be registered for baptism.
Baptisms are held quarterly during our Worship Weekends. During the registration process, please select the date and time you would like to be baptized.
