Parking Team
Parking Team Members greet families and Team Members, guide them to their parking areas as they arrive, and direct families to the food/gift distribution area as they leave.
Welcome Team
Welcome Team greets each family as they arrive and assists families as needed during their visit.
Check-In Team
Check-In Team confirms the family's registration & makes sure all guests receive the appropriate name tags.
Family Buddy Team
Family Buddy Team pairs up with families and guides them through the Hope for Christmas experience.
Campus Safety Team
Campus Safety Team helps keep families and Team Members safe while having fun.
Secret Santa Team
Secret Santa Team guides kids through our Secret Santa Shop. They will help kids pick out one gift for a family member and place it in a Christmas gift bag.
Santa Photo Team
Santa Photo Team assists families as they have their picture taken with Santa.
Crafts & Games Teams
Crafts & Games Teams interact with families and helps kids with crafts and games.
Prayer Team
Prayer Team prays with parents seeking prayer and connects with families when they are not actively praying.
Hot Chocolate & Cookies Team
Hot Chocolate & Cookies Team assists and interacts with families as they visit the hot chocolate & cookies station.
Food Distribution Team
Food Distribution Team loads Christmas food boxes into Parents/Guardians vehicle.
Gift Distribution Team
Gift Distribution Team loads assigned Christmas gifts into Parents/Guardians vehicle.
