Background Check Details
Per our policy, a background check must be performed every two years for anyone serving at Revolution Church. This is not required for anyone under 18 years old.
If you are in the process of joining a team or you plan to continue to serve on a team, please follow the links provided to fill out the Background Check Renewal form and due to new privacy laws passed in Georgia, the new Georgia State Consent Form. BOTH FORMS must be completed, inorder to serve on a team. If you are no longer serving, please respond and let us know.
