Background Check Details
Per our policy, a background check must be performed every two years for anyone serving at Revolution Church. This is not required for anyone under 18 years old.
If you are in the process of joining a team or you plan to continue to serve on a team, please follow the link provided to fill out the Background Check form. If you are no longer serving, please contact us and let us know.
